1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including the 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Our orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network. As a result, your package may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, or another carrier determined by Amazon at the time of fulfillment. You may also receive your order in an Amazon-branded box — this is completely normal and simply reflects how our fulfillment is handled on the backend.
Products typically deliver within 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Econ For Kids LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically or via a discount code and will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Econ For Kids LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect address submission, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will do our best to make it right.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged items.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Econ For Kids LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at [your email]. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been fulfilled.
9. Pre-Order Shipping
Some items in our shop may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items have an estimated ship date listed on the product page. Please read the following carefully before placing a pre-order:

Payment is collected at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.

The estimated ship date is subject to change. If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

Mixed cart orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available — unless you contact us to request a split shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (November–January), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volume and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
