Refund policy
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at kelly@econforkids.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please include your reason for return, and original order number with your return. We also recommend keeping a copy of your return tracking number for reference.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be issued on the Monday following our receipt of the return.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns of $100 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bulk Orders
Orders over $500 are considered bulk orders and are not eligible for return unless the items arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order was lost in transit or there was a carrier delivery issue.
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds.
